残暑の候、ますます御健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

さて、皆様もご存じの通り新型コロナウイルス感染症について第7波が拡大し長野県内の感染も収まる気配をみせません。当施設と致しましても、感染症対策をすすめながら、入居者様とご家族様との面会の機会を確保するため、改めて下記の面会条件を定めさせていただきます。

職員も感染対策に努めて職務にあたって参ります。改めて皆様のより一層のご理解・ご協力を宜しくお願い致します。また、あわせてご親族様にもぜひ下記対応について周知をしていただきたくお願い申し上げます。

１　面会曜日　････　月、火、水、木、金曜日（土、日曜日除く。）

２　面会時間　････　原則　１４時～１６時（事情によっては応相談）

３　面会方法　････　ガラス越し面会

ご希望の日時を施設へご連絡下さい。ＨＰ・お電話にて承ります。
